Dr. Peng Zhang is a Postdoctoral Associate within the M3S Interdisciplinary Research Group (IRG) at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). Her current research explores the design and evaluation of AI-driven interventions in career learning and human development. 

She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Peking University, with expertise in Learning Sciences, game-based learning, and artificial intelligence in education.
