Yanyu is an undergraduate student at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), pursuing a double degree in Computer Science and Economics. She spent six months each as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the University of Tokyo (UTokyo). She interned as an AI Engineer at Sea.

Her research interests include AI agents, multimodal learning, and the intersection of AI with socioeconomic and urban applications. At SMART, she is supervised by Kailai Sun as part of Team 5.
