Yuanshao is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART), affiliated with the M3S. He is working on applying AI to human capital development, with Prof. Jinhua Zhao and Prof. Shenhao Wang.

Before joining SMART, he obtained his Ph.D. in Data Science from City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on generative AI for human mobility, with an emphasis on LLM-powered behavior simulation.
