Qiao Rui is currently a Research Scientist at Meta and a former Postdoctoral Associate with the SMART M3S. 

Qiao Rui completed his Ph.D. at the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he was advised by Prof. Bryan Kian Hsiang Low and supported by the AI Singapore PhD Fellowship.

Previously, he was a visiting scholar at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Washington (UW), where he was advised by Pang Wei Koh. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and worked as a Research Assistant in the STATNLP Group, advised by Lu Wei.
