Shangwei Zou

Master Student

Zou Shangwei is a Master’s student in Robotics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and currently serves as a research intern at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology (SMART). His research focuses on soft robotic arm control theory and learning-based control strategies for soft manipulators.


Passionate about scientific research and exploring the unknown, Shangwei is committed to solving complex engineering challenges by combining advanced control algorithms with data-driven techniques. He aims to translate theoretical innovations into practical applications and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of intelligent robotic systems.
