Minwei Kong is a former Research Engineer at the Singapore–MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). She holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Data Science from the London School of Economics (LSE) and brings industry experience in transportation optimization. Her research focuses on advancing decision science for urban mobility systems through data-driven methods and generative AI, enabling deeper perception, reasoning, and intervention in complex mobility dynamics.
She will be pursuing her PhD at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) under the guidance of Prof. Jinhua Zhao, where she will further explore the intersection of urban mobility, decision science, and artificial intelligence.
