Minwei Kong is a Research Engineer at the Singapore–MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). She holds a Master’s degree in Geographic Data Science from the London School of Economics (LSE) and brings industry experience in transportation optimization. Her research seeks to advance decision science for urban mobility systems through data-driven methods and generative AI, enabling deeper perception, reasoning, and intervention in complex mobility dynamics.
